Kimball Stake Girls Camp 2009!

3 things I learned at Girl's Camp...

#1-I ran out of gas...what did I learn from this experience?
We need to keep our oil lamps full by smiling, reading our scriptures & praying daily.
Camp Theme...Lightkeepers!
These sweet ladies cooked for the Stake Leaders and we were fed well!  Thank you Julie Skelton, Julie Jarvis, Carol Stahle & Amanda Raine & Rob Jarvis!
A special treat from our sweet Bishop Chiles!
This was the cutest polka dot bug I'd ever seen before!
YCL Leaders Amy & Becky Hamblin!  They are amazing!
Amanda looks darling in pink...she is so awesome!
Harmony Park's Camp Director Julie Skelton...outstanding job!

Dance Recital

Higher Ground Dance Recital...it was fabulous! This was Amberly's first time performing on stage. She did a ballet dance to Fly to Your Heart from Tinkerbell and a tap dance to Sing. It was so stinking cute!!! It was fun to doll her up with curls and makeup! She did great for her first time!!!

Shaylee & Amberly all pretty to go perform!
Shaylee clogged to Rockstar-Hannah Montana. It was awesome! She also got to clog with the teens and adults in an Irish Dance. It was amazing! She can sure move those feet!

Schools out for the summer

The end of school is approaching and summer is here...every year my mom would make homemade bread and jam to give to our teachers as a thank you.  I have carried that tradition on to my children's teachers.  They love it!  There really isn't anything better than fresh hot homemade bread!  I am grateful for a mom who taught me how to make it!

Mrs. Stradling has been such a great teacher for Rylan!  She is full of compassion and love for these sweet little ones.  Rylan had a great year!  He learned many new things and the biggest thing is reading.  He is excited for summer and fun!
Elise and Rylan!  How cute!
Rylan did such a great job at his Kindergarten Spring Sing.  It is amazing!
Amberly is excited to have her sister and brother home all day with her this summer!
Good bye to 4th grade and hello to 5th!  I can't believe Shaylee will be in 5th grade.  She had a great year and we are very proud of her dedication and enthusiasm for school!
Last day of school swim party at the Raine's!  The kids enjoy this so much and have a blast!  Luckily the weather was good so the parents loved it as much!
