Joyful events…

First Clara (Shane’s girlfriend) was baptized on September 24th by my dad Ken in Las Cruces, NM.  We missed out on going to New Mexico but were with her in spirit.  We are so excited for her to grow in the gospel of Jesus Christ!  She is amazing!  We love her so much!  My amazing mother made Clara's baptism dress!

Second Brody Lee Bloomfield our new nephew was blessed on September 18th here in Mesa, AZ.  He screamed out his own blessing while Bryce attempted to give him his name and blessing.  Bryce did a great job!  We enjoyed some delicious homemade cookies and homemade ice cream and watching some fun family videos.  We got a lot of good laughs!  We also enjoyed listening to Chelsey’s family sing while her brother played the guitar.

Third Temple Work.  Ken, Vicki, Keith, Craig, Jana, Annie had a wonderful sealing session while Kent, Jamie, Clara, and Shaylee did baptisms.  It was wonderful to be with so much family in the temple.  It was Clara’s first time to the temple and Shaylee’s 2nd time.  It was a special day!

Fourth Taylen Bloomfield turned the great age of 8 and was baptized on October 8th  in Thatcher, AZ.  We had the great privilege of traveling to attend her baptism and birthday party.  When she got baptized it took her breath away.  It was pretty cute!  While we were there we went to the Graham County Fair in Safford.  It was fun to see all the animals, goodies, produce, and quilts that had been entered into the fair.  We ate some good old fresh Kettle Corn and rode a couple rides (that made me really sick).  We enjoyed the company of family.  Then Sunday morning we headed off to Silver City with Jana and Craig but first stopped to see there new Feed Store in Duncan.  It's awesome and they've done a great job setting it up!

Fifth little Brad Russell Bloomfield another new nephew was blessed on October 9th in Silver City, NM.   Brad did a great job even though he was nervous.Brad and Crystal’s Ward was where Grandma and Grandpa lived in most of there life.  We took the cousins to where their daddy’s used to play whenever they went to visit their grandparents.   We had a delicious lunch afterwards and enjoyed the perfect weather.   It was great to see relatives we haven’t seen for years.  Keith’s Aunt and Uncle and cousins,  along with all of our immediate family.

We look forward to many more joyful events in the years to come.   We are truly grateful for family and the love we all share.  It is great to be with family!!!
