We went to the Stake New Year's Dance and had a great time. It was so much fun to see all the families together dancing. It took a little while for my kids to warm up but after that they danced the night away! I enjoy dancing a lot more than just sitting on the chairs taking pictures. This is Keith doing the Electric Slide...it reminded me of when he first got off his mission. He got home on New Year's Eve and I had followed him home straight off the airplane. He got released as a missionary and went right to the dance floor in St. Johns, AZ. I fell in love at that moment. We did try to get a dance in but I just couldn't do it but I did try. They played so many fun songs that the kids new like Howdown from the Hannah Montana movie which was a hit for everyone, Cha Cha, Chicken Dance, etc.

Happy New Year!
Happy 8th Birthday Angel Savanna!
We can hardly believe that its been 8 years since we had Savanna Bloomfield. What an incredible blessing to have her be a part of our family. We are truly grateful for the gospel and for our testimonies of the gospel. It helps and comforts us! We love and miss her!
Who's crazy kid is this???
The day after Christmas Rylan wanted to jump in the neighbors swimming pool so bad. He wouldn't leave us alone! So we told him go right ahead. He jumped in once and was kind of cold he said and then I showed up with the camera the second time. It was a little different. He froze and he said his brain hurt! I asked him later that night if he was ever going to do that again he said, NO, NO, NO!

Zoo
Keith took Rylan & Amberly to the zoo and the weather was gorgeous! The animals were awake so it was exciting! Amberly informed us that the pigs had "monkey hawks"...mohawks. Rylan of course loved the new petting zoo area. He also loved the monkey village. One of those silly monkey's almost got a little boy wet from peeing from the top of the tree. Rylan thought that was pretty funny...until it happened to him. They walked the whole zoo so they were tuckered out when they got home! While they were having fun enjoying the beautiful weather I was home teaching Shaylee how to organize, pay bills, reconcile a bank statement and we made files for 2010. It was something that needed to be done before I go to the hospital and Shaylee learned a lot too. It was fun!
Christmas Day!
Merry Christmas
Christmas morning is always so much fun! Santa Claus has come but if they BELIEVE! The kids slept in until 7:15! It was great because I had not gotten but 2 hours of sleep sometime during the night. It was so fun to hear the kids talk about what Santa brought! I love this age of children!

Christmas Eve
Every year on Christmas Eve we let the kids open one present which is the traditional "new pajamas". After that we read Luke 2. This is such a special time of year which I look forward too. This year was a little more special than most because I am pregnant and can actually put myself in Mary's shoes with carrying a special Child of God! Her situation was of course the most special because she was carrying the Savior, Jesus Christ. I feel very humbled at this time to be carrying a child once again. I know Heavenly Father loves me so much & this sweet baby girl who will join our family in January.
